We, the undersigned, call upon Essex Highways to review a number of key thoroughfares across the Great Baddow and Galleywood division - with particular focus on Vicarage Lane in Great Baddow and Stock Road in Galleywood - to investigate the implementation and/or expansion of traffic calming measures to reduce speeding.
