Following a meeting yesterday, local young people campaigning for a new skatepark in central Chelmsford will be examining options for fund-raising bids. On 18 March, local Lib Dem campaigner Stephen Robinson arranged a meeting for the skatepark campaigners with officials at Chelmsford Borough Council, to discuss the skatepark's future.

Stephen Robinson commented, "People tell me time and again that we need to provide more activities for young people. That's why I support the campaign for a replacement skatepark. Please sign the petition below if you agree.

"There is much more we can do for young people. Let me know what else is needed at my special website: www.ourcampaign.org.uk/youthsurvey."
