Easing traffic congerstion in Moulsham and Waterhouse Farm - call for Park & Ride service from Widford

I/we support the Liberal Democrat campaign to ease traffic congestion and parking problems west of New London Road, in Moulsham more generally and in Waterhouse Lane, and believe that a Park and Ride service from Widford is a must.

We call for the County Council urgently to develop the business case for the provision of this facility, to lobby Government for funding, and to bring forward the target date for its provision.

We call on the Borough Council to support the County Council in this, and to identify the preferred site for Park and Ride at Widford in its forthcoming "Site Allocations" consultation document
